VidNow provides a website and user center related to a browser product that can aggregate answers from multiple AI models and present summaries and other features. Features may change over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You may sign in using Google OAuth.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date where applicable.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Attempt to bypass security controls or access non-public areas.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by excessive automated requests.
- Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.
- Infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
4. Content and AI output
- Your Content: you are responsible for the content you submit to the Service and for ensuring you have the rights to do so.
- AI output: responses generated by AI models may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
5. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge you have read it.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by VidNow and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or others.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
